How does booking work?
Find what you need, request to book, and we open your order. You verify your ID and pay securely on RentMyEquipment, then the operator confirms availability and arranges pickup or delivery.
Is my payment protected?
You always pay on RME, never off-platform. For a new operator’s first rental, your payment is held by 2Quip until the order is confirmed, so funds only flow once the operator is active and responsive.
What is RME Protection?
Damage protection (RPP) is included on rentals by default. If you carry your own coverage, you can decline it with a current certificate of insurance.
Can I get equipment delivered?
Delivery depends on the operator and the listing — look for the Delivery badge on a listing, or message the operator to arrange it.
Who am I renting from?
Verified local operators and owners in your area. Every listing is backed by a real business you can message directly and review after your rental.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel an order yourself before the operator confirms it. After that, message the operator through your order to sort out next steps.
